Visitors travelling through Turner Valley need to look no further than the local library for information on popular destinations, hiking trails and local shops and restaurants.
The Sheep River Library is the official location for the town’s visitor information centre located on the east side of Main Street with plenty of parking available.
The centre offers visitors numerous publications outlining community activities and events and contains information on local businesses and tourist sites in the region.
Visitors also have access to public washrooms, free wifi and staff who are trained to provide tourists with information they may be seeking when traveling the area.
Visitors can also check out the library’s art gallery, which is filled year-round with paintings and other art created by talented artists from throughout the region.
