Campers have a variety of options as well. Willow Creek Park is north and west of town. The creek runs right through the park and campers can pick a spot on either side of the water. Rolling grasslands, a majestic view of the hills, and a swimming spot are just some of the attractions the park has to offer.
Nearby is Pine Coulee, located north of Claresholm and directly west of Stavely, created as a reservoir to provide water for towns and irrigation in the area. Pine Coulee has been stocked with Walleye for fishing, and is open for camping and boating in designated areas.
You can also enjoy some time near Clear Lake, northeast of Claresholm and east of Stavely. The lake offers camping, a playground, fishing, and a community hall ideal for family gatherings. There is also a dock for boating, waterskiing, and jet-skiing.
